Starting out as collectors led us to have a true appreciation for all things vintage, antique and retro. The classic or ornate styles of various pieces, some with a quirky nature, along with the nostalgia they evoke never fails to spark joy when looking at them, as well as knowing we are holding a piece of history.

As our interest in all things old and oldish continued and grew, we knew we couldn't possibly keep it all to ourselves. Our house is only so big, after all! So, we share what we find with others. Well, mostly I share, but my husband helps with the shipping (everyone has their role), and he does get into seeking things which should be found when we're out and about.

We also learned a lot by spending time with my mother who has been "in antiques" for years. She also has a shop on Etsy, btw, with some beautiful jewelry, dolls, barrettes and thimbles. We've been on Etsy for years! We were one of the original handmade scrabble jewelry sites at the shop Paws In Time which started in 2008! This vintage shop started a few years later. We had to take a short break to tend to life's interruptions, but my heart has always been here, so I'm carving out a little time here and there to let my spirit be in the flow of what I love to do.
